Tony Jacobson
Tony has dedicated his entire career to building the indoor billboard business into the $20 million industry that it is today. In 1987, he co-founded AJ Indoor and in 2000, Tony and his partner successfully sold AJ Indoor to NextMedia. Tony remained with NextMedia as its Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager until 2002, when he created AllOver Media.
His achievements also include successful spin-offs such as baby boards, fashion boards, and bridal boards. Tony continues to be intimately involved in selling and leasing plans to stay directly involved in selling or training franchisees in new markets. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
Paul Scolardi
Mr. Scolardi has been our Chief Financial & Operating Officer since July 2008. He is a CPA and started his career with one of the Big Four Accounting firms. He has taken a company through an IPO and also has worked at several Fortune 100 companies. He has extensive experience in audit, internal controls and GAAP. Scolardi earned his degree at Arizona State University.
Jake Johnson
As a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Jake worked two years in Sports Marketing prior to joining AllOver Media at the company’s inception. Today, as the Vice President of Sales, Jake continually brings exciting new concepts to life while pioneering the best in creative “ritualistic lifestyle targeted” programs for AllOver Media clients.

• GAS STATION DOMINATION (Allstate Insurance 2005) – The coupling of static pumptoppers with 7 additional strategic branded touch points at a gas station to create maximum visual impact with the consumer.
• FROZEN BILLBOARDS (Turner Broadcasting 2007). – The introduction of a new advertising medium: Vinyl Wrapped Outdoor Ice Box Wraps. Street furniture that is larger than life!

Pat Goepel
Pat is currently the CEO of Asure Software and he has more than 20 years of experience in the human resource outsourcing industry. Before joining Asure Software, he was president and CEO of Fidelity Investment's HR Services Division; president and CEO of Advantec; and executive vice president at Ceridian, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, operations and business development in the United States. Pat is a frequent industry speaker and serves on the boards of AllOver Media, Asure Software, SafeGuard World International. He also serves as the CEO of APPD Investments.
Steve Loe
Steve began his career with Arthur Andersen and Co.; clients included major league sports teams, hospitals, lumber companies, manufacturers, utilities and advertising companies. Subsequently, he held several positions with Naegele Outdoor Advertising Companies, including Controller, VP of Finance and CFO. His responsibilities included: acquisitions, mergers, business planning, valuations, etc., and he was instrumental in orchestrating the $400 million sale of Naegele Outdoor.
Steve is currently a self-employed financial consultant, helping small to medium companies secure financing or review acquisition possibilities. He holds a BS from St. Cloud State University in accounting with a math minor; and he is a Certified Public Accountant. Steve sits on several boards, including Restaurants No Limit, Penn Advertising, Dandy Golf Company, Community Bank Group, Armstrong Youth Hockey Association, Flagship Athletic Club, and Naegele Outdoor Advertising Company.
Frank Capan
Frank began his career in 1987 as Director of Sales for Sky-Tracker Promotions, an outdoor advertising company that specialized in advertising mediums for car dealers, casinos and retail grand openings. In 1993, Frank co-founded Access Cash International (Access Cash) and became President / CEO until the company was sold to eFunds Corporation in October, 2001. Access Cash was a non-bank ATM service provider. While at Access Cash, Frank was personally involved with growing the staff to 175 employees and developing a distribution model that lead to 25 distributors in the US and Canada. Additionally, Frank coordinated acquisitions of several independent ATM companies for Access Cash. At the time of sale Access Cash had grown to almost $75MM in annual revenue. Since then, Frank has been active at investing in smaller, privately held entities seeking mezzanine financing, management guidance and board participation. In 2004, Frank became an investor and board member at AllOver Media and subsequently became a franchise owner of an AllOver Media franchise. Today, Frank is a board member of AllOver Media, AO Media Southwest (AllOver Media franchise), Switchgate International, Lynk to Cash and Access Capital Corporation.
