Tony Jacobson is the CEO of AllOver Media and has led AllOver Media on an aggressive growth plan fueled by multiple acquisitions. Tony’s leadership has resulted in the company becoming the dominant provider in the gas station advertising segment with nationwide coverage in over 50,000 outlets. Tony has dedicated his professional career to building the non-traditional out of home industry into the powerful segment it now represents and is considered a pioneer in the industry among his peers. In 1987 prior to launching AllOver Media, Tony co-founded AJ Indoor, which became the nation's largest and most successful indoor advertising company.
Shaun Nugent

Shaun Nugent joined AllOver Media as Chief Financial Officer in 2013. Shaun brings more than 25 years of executive and financial experience to AllOver Media. He is well known for his leadership skills, financial acumen and ability to leverage new business expansion and brand development opportunities. Shaun has held numerous C-Level positions at a variety of name-brand companies including Champps Restaurants, Life Time Fitness and Sun Country Airlines, where he was chief executive between 2005 and 2007.
Korey Wrobleski

Korey Wrobleski joined AllOver Media in 2013 as the company's Chief Revenue Officer with responsibility for the sales and marketing functions. Korey brings his extensive history of sales and sales operations experience to the AllOver Media team after holding various sales leadership positions at Ceridian Corp.

Jake Johnson is the Vice President of Sales and has been involved with National Sales at AllOver Media with Tony Jacobson since the launch of the company in 2002. Jake continually brings exciting new concepts and opportunities to the marketplace while pioneering the best in creative programs that reach the consumers for our AOM clients.

Glenn has extensive experience in marketing, strategic planning, and integrated communications with over 20+ years at major advertising/marketing agencies.
Troy Dilla

Troy Dilla is the VP Sales East and is responsible for sales and strategic growth in the East Coast region. Troy brings an extensive history of sales experience in the Outdoor Media industry having worked with AllOver Media founder Tony Jacobson at AJ Indoor for 11 years, and then leading the truckside billboard sales efforts at Intran Media for 9+ years.
Erik Christopherson

Erik Christopherson is the VP Sales Midwest and is responsible for sales and growth in the Midwest region. Erik has spent his entire career in media sales and brings over 20+ years of experience running, leading and growing successful sales teams to AllOver Media.
Rainy McGrew
VP - sales west
Rainy McGrew is the VP Sales West and is responsible for sales and strategic growth in the West Coast region. Rainy brings significant sales and product development experience with a full range of type of media formats including Radio, Digital, Outdoor and Local/Grass roots products at major media companies.
Beth Diffley

Beth Diffley has been a vital part of the AllOver Media team for 8+ years. As the Senior Director of Product Development, Beth oversees, maintains, and develops relationships with all of our gas station venue groups, ice companies, truckside fleet partners and our cash jacket partners.

Dustin Benz is AllOver Media's Senior Director of Business Operations and brings over 9+ years of Media operations experience to our team. Dustin joined AllOver Media with the acquisition of Intran Media in 2011 and has been a key driver of creating KPI's and operational efficiencies in our service delivery process.

Tony Jacobson
president/CEO
Tony Jacobson is the CEO of AllOver Media since launching the company in 2002. Over the past few years, Tony has led AllOver Media on an aggressive growth plan fueled by multiple acquisitions and organic growth resulting in the company becoming the dominant provider in the gas station advertising segment with nationwide coverage in over 50,000 outlets. The increased scale and scope of AllOver Media has resulted in the company being able to deliver nationwide media solutions in "every state, every market and every zip code" with a powerful portfolio of innovative products.
Tony has dedicated his professional career to building the fast-growing non-traditional out of home industry into the powerful segment it now represents. In 1987 prior to launching AllOver Media, Tony co-founded AJ Indoor, which became the nation’s largest and most successful indoor advertising company. He was also instrumental in pioneering and introducing the concept of "non-traditional" or "alternative" out-of-home media to the industry. Following its sale in 2000 to NextMedia, Tony remained with the company until late 2002 when he founded AllOver Media.
Tony continues to be intimately involved in setting the strategic direction and growth platforms for AllOver Media as well as overseeing the selling and leasing plans for the company. His endless energy and enthusiasm are a cornerstone and key component of the company’s culture. Tony holds a Marketing degree from St Cloud State University and is married with two children.
Pat Goepel
Pat is currently the CEO of Asure Software and he has more than 20 years of experience in the human resource outsourcing industry. Before joining Asure Software, he was president and CEO of Fidelity Investment’s HR Services Division; president and CEO of Advantec; and executive vice president at Ceridian, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, operations and business development in the United States. Pat is a frequent industry speaker and serves on the boards of AllOver Media, Asure Software, and SafeGuard World International. He also serves as the CEO of APPD Investments.
Steve Loe
Steve began his career with Arthur Andersen and Co.; clients included major league sports teams, hospitals, lumber companies, manufacturers, utilities and advertising companies. Subsequently, he held several positions with Naegele Outdoor Advertising Companies, including Controller, VP of Finance and CFO. His responsibilities included: acquisitions, mergers, business planning, valuations, etc., and he was instrumental in orchestrating the $400 million sale of Naegele Outdoor.
Steve is currently a self-employed financial consultant, helping small to medium companies secure financing or review acquisition possibilities. He holds a BS from St. Cloud State University in accounting with a math minor; and he is a Certified Public Accountant. Steve sits on several boards, including Restaurants No Limit, Penn Advertising, Dandy Golf Company, Community Bank Group, Armstrong Youth Hockey Association, Flagship Athletic Club, and Naegele Outdoor Advertising Company.
Frank Capan
Frank began his career in 1987 as Director of Sales for Sky-Tracker Promotions, an outdoor advertising company that specialized in advertising mediums for car dealers, casinos and retail grand openings. In 1993, Frank co-founded Access Cash International (Access Cash) and became President / CEO until the company was sold to eFunds Corporation in October, 2001. Access Cash was a non-bank ATM service provider that grew to 175 employees and over 25 distributors in the US and Canada.
Additionally, Frank coordinated acquisitions of several independent ATM companies for Access Cash. Since then, Frank has been active at investing in smaller, privately held entities seeking mezzanine financing, management guidance and board participation.
In 2004, Frank became an investor and board member at AllOver Media and subsequently became a franchise owner of an AllOver Media franchise. Today, Frank is a board member of AllOver Media, AO Media Southwest (AllOver Media franchise), Switchgate International, Lynk to Cash and Access Capital Corporation.
Mark Ploen
Mark began his career in the arctic oilfields working for an environmental service company. In 1992 he founded QualiTech Environmental in Houston, Texas a manufacturer and supplier of specialty oil spill response equipment and oil spill response consulting services. In 1997 Mark relocated back to Minnesota combining his environmental business with a family business currently operated by his father and 3 brothers. Mark is recognized internationally as an expert in oil spill response equipment and operations and has responded to hundreds of large oil spills throughout the world.
In 2010 Mark was contracted by BP to run the offshore recovery operations during the response to the Deepwater Horizon incident. Mark has authored and co-authored several industry papers and is a frequent industry speaker. In addition to the environmental business Mark is a partner in a successful gas company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mark grew up in Minnesota and attended Bemidji State University.
