Steps to Becoming a Franchise Owner
1. Inquiry
We get to know you.
If you are interested in finding out more about the benefits of joining the AllOver
Media franchise network, please email us the following info:

- Amount available to invest
Once we receive your inquiry, a franchise development representative will contact you to
answer your questions, conduct a short, informal telephone interview. During that call we
will discuss with you the AllOver Media franchise opportunity via our on-line virtual
brochure (www.discoveraom.com).
After reviewing the information provided in first step of the virtual brochure, complete,
sign, and mail or fax the qualification report to us. After we review your application,
if appropriate, we will send you our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).
2. AllOver Media Investment Opportunity
Financial requirements for an AllOver Media franchise will vary based on the market you
are considering. You will also need a high energy level, exceptional communication skills,
and good credit. One of the benefits of owning an AllOver Media franchise is that you can
operate it from a home office. You are not required to rent office space as part of your
agreement.
3. Review UFOC
During this step, our representatives will work closely with you to review the UFOC
and answer any questions that you have.
4. Due Diligence
During this step we discuss important areas of operating the business such as our “captive audience” media vehicles (products), proprietary software, creative cycle, and on-going training and support. This is also your opportunity to contact current AllOver Media franchisees and address any outstanding issues before taking the next step.
At the same time, AllOver Media will be evaluating your application, considering your qualifications and level of enthusiasm, and informing you as to whether or not your application has been approved.
If you have completed this step and your application is approved, we will invite you to attend a Meet the Team Day at AllOver Media corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.
5. Meet the Team
After completing step 3, a date is set and plans are made for an action-packed day at
AllOver Media headquarters! Your visit to Minneapolis includes meeting with AllOver
Media's key managers and team members to walk through the details associated with the
development of your local media business.
During your visit, the following areas are covered:
- Company history, culture and vision
- Franchisee training and education
- AllOver Media technology
- National account sales
- On-going support
- Creative services
The exchange of information is very important to gain mutual confidence, but it's
only part of the purpose of the visit. Another important aspect of our Meet the Team day
is to ensure that we have an opportunity to get to know each other, set reasonable
expectations and develop a foundation for our relationship. Upon the successful conclusion
of this step, we will enter into the franchise agreement and begin a new journey that
culminates with the opening of your local media business!
